Meet Emily
Emily has been practising yoga since 2019 and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2020. With over 200 hours of teaching experience, she is passionate about helping people build strength, flexibility and confidence while creating a sense of calm and balance.
Her welcoming classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, with every pose adapted to meet individual needs. Alongside teaching yoga, Emily works in outdoor education and is training to become a Certified Menopause Coach.
What is yoga
Yoga is a gentle, holistic practice that combines movement, breathing and mindfulness to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. Regular practice can increase strength, flexibility and balance, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and help you feel healthier, calmer and more connected.
Yoga Flow for All
A welcoming Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga class suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Combining flowing sequences, deep stretches and breathwork, these classes help improve strength, flexibility, posture and relaxation.
Online Yoga
Emily also offers Yoga Flow for All classes live via Zoom, making it easy to practise from the comfort of your own home.
